Las Canas Beach Resort is located on the Northern Coast of the Dominican Republic which occupies the Eastern two thirds of the island of Hispaniola. The development is a luxury 5 star resort set directly on a white sandy beach just 30 minutes from the International Airport of Puerto Plata and close to the tourist towns of Caberete and Sosua. Option One - Stage payments

You make your stage payments as and when required during the build. Finance comes from your own funds or alternative mortgage arrangements.

With regards to taking out the 100% mortgage, investors will have the choice whether to pay the interest in stage payments or to defer them on to completion.
