We have been working closely with a Resort Development Agency to provide the perfect specification and facilities required by the tourism industry. They have also advised us on the health and safety requirements for the resort to guarantee it adheres to there very strict criteria. This will allow the properties to be marketed through some of the leading Tour Operators in the world and is an exclusive service provided at this development.
Hania Beach Resort will also be part of a very unique exchange programme that is being developed exclusively for our clients. Owners will be able to exchange weeks in their property for weeks in other luxury resorts, this will allow them to take full advantage of all the benefits of property ownership while giving them the flexibility to visit other destinations from around the world.
Hania Beach will be managed and marketed as a luxury resort and we have appointed a resort management agency to carry out all of the services that the development will require. They will be on hand 24 hours a day and to cater for the needs of owners and guests and will supply a range of essential services.
They offer a unique UK based account manager for every owner that will handle every aspect of the property from arranging the payment of bills to taking bookings and reservations if required. They will arrange a completions inspection to ensure the property meets their high standards and when the resort is finished it will be prepared for marketing with some of the leading tour operators from around the world if required. The team have over 30 years experience in the tourism industry and this has allowed them to provide this very exclusive service for all of our owners.
Each client will receive 4 weeks personal usage per annum
Maintenance charges will be £700 per annum
Furniture packs are available and are a requirement of purchase and the costs are as follows:

Air-conditioning for Payment Plan Option 1 buyers is £1,000 and payable at completion. Option 2 buyers receive free air conditioning.

The master management company will be www.solutionresorts.com who will liaise with the hotel operators and run the booking engine.
A setup fee of £275 upon completion will be payable to Solution Resorts to activate your account.
A monthly management fee of £45 will be payable for your personal property management, not inc cleaning.
Your income will be 80% of the nightly room rate, with 20% deducted for tour operator costs.
The official tour operator will be announced within the next 2-4 weeks at which point the price will rise from £700 to £800 per sq/m
