Dunas Beach Resort is located on the South West coast of Sal Island on Ponta Preta Beach close to Santa Maria town and just 20 minutes from Sal International Airport which is accessed via direct flights from the UK in 5 ½ hours; 4 hours from Madrid; 4 hours from Lisbon; 3 hours from Brazil.

There are 3 payment options available for clients investing in Dunas Beach Resort. As follows:-

Option 1 :-

* Off Plan Property Abroad clients will receive free legal services and air conditioning

Option 2 :-

* Off Plan Property Abroad clients will receive free legal services, air conditioning and a quality furniture pack

Option 3 :-

Reservation fee: apartments - €6,000 (£4,000), villas - €12,000 (£8,000)

* Off Plan Property Abroad clients will receive free legal services, air conditioning, a quality furniture pack along with the final payment written off (i.e. 15% less reservation fee paid)

FREE Inspection Tour^ top

Off Plan Property Abroad in conjunction with the developer of Dunas Beach Resort are delighted to make available inspection tours to Cape Verde. Flying to the international airport on the Island of Sal you will be able to view some of the best unspoilt beaches in the world, the site where Dunas Beach Resort will be situated, the surrounding area and a chance to sample the lifestyle of this up and coming piece of paradise.

The tour itinerary also includes flights, transfers, hotel, meals and guide.

 Regarding the cost of the tour, there are two options open to attendees: -

  1) Free Tour

 

This offer is available to purchasers or prospective purchasers who place a property on hold, pre-tour, by completing a reservation form and paying the reservation fee. The full tour is then provided free of charge.

The reservation fees are Villas €12,000 (or £8,000) and Apartments €6,000 (or £4,000). Tour attendees who proceed to purchase, or change to a different property on-site, will not be asked for any contribution to the tour costs. Attendees who decide not to proceed, for any reason whatsoever, will have their reservation fee (less a €500 per person contribution to the costs) refunded instantly and without question.

This option enjoys the benefit of being able to guarantee that a specific property can be placed on hold in advance and taken off the market.

2) €500 Per Person Subsidised Tour

 

Under this option the tour fee is payable in advance but this amount can be offset against the reservation fee payable should an attendee decide to proceed and purchase a property on Dunas Beach Resort.
