AIPP Awards 2008

We are proud to announce that Off Plan Property Abroad has been shortlisted in the AIPP Awards 2008 for the Best Agent Award.

A non-profit organisation, the AIPP is our industry body set up to improve standards of professionalism in the international property sector. As Members, we have been vetted and we voluntary agree to follow and be bound by the AIPP’s professional Code of Conduct.

The AIPP Awards were launched this year with a focus on customer service. The Awards are completely independent and are judged by two separate panels, one of industry experts and one of independent professionals, the latter chaired by the Ombudsman for Estate Agents, Christopher Hamer.

Hamer said on the judging day, ‘In my view, awards like this contribute to higher standards of business operation and more importantly, customer service. They also give firms a target to aim towards.’

With only 19 shortlisted companies in total across nine categories, we are very proud to be one of only 2 companies on the shortlist for the Best Agent Award.

The Association is not releasing winners’ names in advance so we’ll be keeping our fingers crossed that, come the October Awards Night, our name will be announced as the winner of the Best Small Agent Award and we’ll become one of only nine companies able to say ‘AIPP Award Winner 2008′!
