Frequently Asked Questions?

What countries do you have developments in?
Our portfolio will only ever have a handful of worldwide properties which we think represent a great investment. Property markets change and we don’t limit ourselves to offering one country for investment.

How do you choose the developments you feature?
We choose our developments through a structured process of research based on our key factors. We see how the developments stack up as an investment and pass this knowledge on to our clients.

How much capital is required to purchase a property?
You can invest with as little as £1,000 (subject to status). There are various payment schedules and options that can be tailored to your preference.

Do I have to appoint a lawyer for the purchase of a property?
It is always advised that you appoint a lawyer for purchasing property. You are free to source your own legal advice should you wish or we can provide access to an independent legal panel, from which we do not receive any commission or fees.

What taxes are involved in purchasing from your developments?
Taxes and legal costs can vary from country to country. This will be explained to you for the country you are interested in.

Can a group invest in a property?
Yes we assist many clients whom purchase property as a group. In essence the investment could be made by a group of friends of family members. You simply tell us how much you want to invest and we arrange the relevant documentation to cater for this.

Do you deal with reputable developers?
Yes. We only market developments from reputable developers. In our selection process we look at previous projects from the developer, their track record and financial status.

Do you offer mortgage finance?
There is mortgage finance available through our preferred brokers, whether you are raising finance locally or re-mortgaging a UK property. If you already deal with a mortgage or independent financial adviser, we are happy to work with them. Some developments may already have finance deals with selected brand name banks.
