Property Sales Consultant

The Role:

As an integral member of a growing close knit sales consultancy, you will become an expert in consulting investors and customers in purchasing investment property in the countries that we cover and will become a specialist in the investments we offer.

Description:

Off Plan Property Abroad has developed an enviable reputation as a specialist property consultancy and we expect our consultants to continue and grow this reputation. Thus you will be trained to become a specialist property consultant and advise our customer base on where and why they should be investing into the developments we are promoting.

Day-to-day tasks will involve dealing with incoming enquiries and calling customers on our database. You will be professional, client focused, a self starter and either have experience selling property and or investments or have a passion for working within the field.

Specific Tasks and Duties

* Dealing with customer enquiries when they come in from our website or other media.
* You will provide advice and guidance to potential clients on all aspects of purchasing investment property in the markets we cover.
* Develop relationships with clients and providing them with the utmost level of professional support.
* Attending seminars and exhibitions and selling face-to-face
* Calling warm contacts and leads on our database
* Managing the relationship of existing customers
* Maintaining dialogue with good customers and servicing their needs
* Develop relationships with potential introducers of clients and look to grow our network of referrers

Core Skills

* You will be client focused, a self-starter who is results driven.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
* Excellent negotiation ability.
* Language skills are an advantage
* A proven closer and a willingness to travel and go beyond the call of duty in the pursuit of service excellence is also essential.
* Willing to travel from time to time to visit the developments we are promoting
* Competency with Microsoft Office and the Internet
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely and work in a fast paced environment
* Sociable team player
* Track record of successful selling
* Experience in a similar role preferred

The successful candidate will work with highly professional and motivated colleagues who value and support your contribution.

Hours of Work

Standard hours of work are 9.30am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. However, you may be required to work evenings and weekends when the workload demands. You will be based from our offices in Essington, Staffordshire.

£12,000 Basic plus commission with £50,000 OTE
